RPWallet ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RPWallet progressive web application (PWA) and the website located at rpwallet.app (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

RPWallet is a novelty entertainment and content-production application that lets creators avoid exposing a real wallet or real financial information. It is not a real cryptocurrency wallet and does not hold, send, receive, or interact with real digital assets. We are not affiliated with Phantom, Solana Labs, Ledger SAS, Trust Wallet, Binance, Exodus, or any other wallet provider or blockchain project.

RPWallet is designed with privacy in mind. We collect information needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service:

• License Key Data: When you activate a license, we store the license key and its activation status. This is required to verify your access to the app.
• Payment Information: Website payments are processed through NOWPayments. We send your delivery email, selected plan, and order amount as needed to initialize checkout and automatically deliver access after payment confirmation. We do not collect or store private keys or payment-wallet credentials. NOWPayments may process transaction, wallet, identity-verification, device, and payment information under its own privacy policy.
• Telegram Contact Information: If you contact us or purchase through Telegram, we may retain your Telegram username and conversation history for customer support purposes.
• Creator Referral Information: When you follow or enter a creator referral code, we store the code, referral click, landing page, general traffic source, and a random visitor identifier for up to 45 days. We may retain hashed IP-address and browser information to measure referrals and reduce abuse. If you begin checkout with a creator offer, we may associate that creator with your delivery email so the offer can be restored. Creators do not receive your email address.
• Simulated Wallet Sync & Notifications: Server-backed features may process a session, license, device, or simulated-account identifier; fictional balances and token state needed for the feature; simulated transaction records; and push-notification subscription endpoints and encryption keys. This data represents the simulator, not a real blockchain account.
• Technical, Analytics & Safety Data: We may receive device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, logs, error reports, page and feature interactions, fraud-prevention signals, and information submitted in support or abuse reports.

We use collected information to:

• Validate and manage license keys
• Process checkout and verify payments
• Operate simulator synchronization and notification features
• Provide support and investigate abuse reports
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and protect users and the public
• Measure, secure, maintain, and improve the Service
• Comply with lawful requests and legal obligations

We do not sell or rent customer records to data brokers. We do share limited technical and interaction data with the analytics and marketing-measurement providers described below when those services are enabled.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we hold and restrict access according to operational need. Some simulator settings remain on your device, while server-backed features necessarily transmit the data described above.

No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
