Do I get all wallets, or only 1 wallet per device?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes all supported wallets (Phantom, Trust Wallet, Exodus, Ledger Live, Cash App and Revolut). The limit only refers to how many phones can use your license key at the same time — you have full, unlimited access to all wallets on each phone.

Can I pay with a card instead of crypto?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We accept card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you prefer to pay with a card, message our team on Telegram (@RPWallet_support_bot) and we will help you complete your purchase.

Question 3

What happens if the payment timer runs out?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is lost. If your coins were already on their way, the payment still goes through after the countdown ends, and your license key is issued the moment it confirms. Reopen the payment page from its claim link and the key is waiting there. An expired invoice screen does not cancel a payment you have already sent.

Question 4

What if my payment fails or gets stuck?

Accepted Answer

If nothing left your wallet, you can reopen your payment or start again. If the coins did go out, message support through website chat or Telegram with the transaction hash before sending another payment. Every order is stored on our side, so we can trace the payment and help recover your license key.

Question 5

I'm paying from Binance or Coinbase. Do I need to add the withdrawal fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Exchanges take their withdrawal fee out of the amount you type in, rather than adding it on top, so entering the exact figure from the payment page sends slightly less than it. Add the exchange's fee to the amount so the full quoted total arrives. A small shortfall is usually covered automatically and your key still unlocks — but a large one needs support to sort out by hand, and paying from your own wallet avoids the problem entirely, since the network fee there is charged separately.

I sent the wrong coin, or used the wrong network. Now what?

Accepted Answer

Message support through website chat or Telegram with the transaction hash and the order reference shown at the top of your payment page. We can trace the payment and issue your key manually.

Question 7

How quickly do I get my license key?

Accepted Answer

It appears on the payment page itself, in front of you, as soon as the network confirms — usually a few minutes. Bitcoin can take longer when the network is busy, while faster chains like Solana and Tron are close to instant. If you add an email on the payment page, we also send your license key there when payment confirms.

What if I close the payment page before my key appears?

Accepted Answer

Copy the claim link from that page before you leave and it reopens the same order, key included. If you saved an email on the payment page, the key is sent to it as well. Failing both, message support through website chat or Telegram with your transaction hash — every order is stored on our side, so nothing depends on you keeping a receipt.

Question 9

Do I need an account or ID verification?

Accepted Answer

No. Pick a plan, pick a coin, and pay — the key unlocks on the payment page. There is no sign-up, no KYC and no ID check. Email delivery is optional on the payment page. Promo codes work without an email.
